Internship in Fee Substantiation and Collection

Your role

Would you like to help us enhance the client experience now and for the future as an expert? Are you client orientated with high risk awareness?

We are looking for an intern to join us as Fund Fee Processing specialist to:

* support the team in processing and documenting fee-related cash flows
* assist with simple reconciliations and checks (cash, balances, fee data)
* help prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and month-end documentation
* work with senior team members to investigate small differences in data
* keep internal files and documents organized and up to date
* participate in continuous-improvement and automation initiatives (optional but encouraged)

Your team

You'll be working in the Fund Fee Processing team in Krakow or Wroclaw. We ensure timely and correct daily processing of cash flows between funds, the management company, and external service providers.

Your expertise

* interest in accounting or finance (studies in progress are welcome)
* basic knowledge of excel - comfortable with spreadsheets and willing to learn more
* attention to detail and willingness to work with numbers
* curiosity and willingness to learn complex processes step by step
* English communication skills (reading/writing)
