Responsibilities

The Guarantees and Trade Finance Department oversees the processes for domestic and international guarantees, as well as other trade finance products.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to businesses across a range of trade finance products and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

* Documents archiving
* Providing administrative support to the Back Office Team (processing of closing guarantees and commission booking on daily basis)
* Support in preparing of content of the bank guarantee, the application for the customer to issue a bank guarantee
* Performing of daily reports

Required

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

* Student status for the whole internship (ideally studies related to finance)
* Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
* Very good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English
* Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
* Very good organization of work: attention to details, meeting deadlines, commitment and conscientiousness
* Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
