Job Description

We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Hyperautomation Implementation Hub team.
This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in understanding and optimizing internal processes while contributing to the development of frameworks for customer communication.
As a part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless automation processes and effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the analysis and improvement of internal processes
* Help document workflows and identify opportunities for simplification or automation
* Assist in developing clear and consistent customer communication templates and guidelines
* Collaborate with different teams to gather feedback and understand business needs
* Participate in meetings and workshops to learn about process and communication challenges
* Research best practices in process optimization and customer communication
* Prepare simple reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
* Support basic analysis of process-related KPIs

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Being 2-3 year Student of Computer Science fields
* Availability to work min 30 hours per week
* Basic understanding of IT domain
* Python scripting skills
* Strong communication skills both in Polish and English
* Professional responsibility and reliability
* Keen on learning
* Being a team player
