HR Service Delivery Support Intern

About the role:
Support HR operations across the EMEA region by handling administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee data, learning, and rewards). Ensure high-quality service delivery, support reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

Key responsibilities:
* Handle HR requests and support case management
* Perform administrative tasks across HR processes (e.g. onboarding, data management, recruitment)
* Use HR systems and tools (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
* Support HR teams (HRBP, People Services, CoEs) as needed
* Assist with reports, data analysis, and process improvements
* Follow SOPs and escalate issues when necessary
* Provide ad-hoc administrative support (EMEA & local)

Requirements:
* Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
* Interest in HR operations / shared services
* Fluent English (additional language is a plus)
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Proactive and willing to learn new systems
