We are looking for a motivated candidate for a 3-month student internship , starting in September 2026 . If you are passionate about modern technologies, enjoy helping others, and want to gain hands-on experience in IT Service Delivery , we would be happy to welcome you to our team.

Your responsibilities:
* Provide support to office users with their daily IT-related issues.
* Diagnose and resolve problems related to computer hardware, mobile phones, and peripheral devices.
* Support users with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
* Assist with network devices and IT infrastructure support.
* Provide technical support for meeting rooms and video conferencing systems.
* Prepare, configure, and distribute IT equipment to employees.
* Maintain inventory records of IT and mobile devices.
* Collaborate with local and international IT teams.
* Participate in projects focused on improving and enhancing IT services.

Your Profile

Student or graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in IT technologies and a willingness to develop in the field of end-user support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation, responsibility, and good organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business users.

Basic knowledge of:
* Windows operating systems,
* Microsoft 365 applications,
* Computer hardware and mobile devices,
* Computer networking fundamentals.

Language requirements:

* English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling effective written and verbal communication, collaboration with international teams, understanding technical documentation, and supporting English-speaking users.
* Polish proficiency, enabling effective communication with local users and stakeholders, providing day-to-day support, and working with Polish-language documentation.

Nice to Have
* Knowledge of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, or Active Directory.
* Experience working in an international environment.
* Previous experience gained through university projects, internships, or part-time IT-related work.
