Customer Care Intern
About the role:
Support the Customer Care Central team for the EMEA region by handling order-related processes, coordinating deliveries and returns, and assisting with customer inquiries and complaints.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage returns, organize pickups, and monitor delivery processes
* Process transactions in SAP (order entry, pricing, availability, billing)
* Handle customer and sales team inquiries and complaints
* Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage incoming requests and emails
* Maintain and analyze customer data and databases
* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively

What you'll gain:

Requirements:
* Proactive and self-motivated attitude
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Very good command of English (French or German is a plus)
* Flexibility and willingness to learn
* Availability for a 6-month internship
