About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Accounts Payable processes for France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
You will work closely with colleagues across these markets while contributing to meaningful activities that drive operational excellence. This internship offers the opportunity to learn directly from experienced team members, participate in cross-functional projects, and develop strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team that fosters learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

* Cross-functional Collaboration: Contribute to projects involving multiple teams by participating in brainstorming sessions and supporting research and analysis.
* Research & Insights: Conduct research on assigned topics, gather data, analyse trends, and generate insights that support decision-making.
* Reporting & Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of reports, presentations, and other documentation using standard tools.
* Learning & Shadowing: Observe experienced colleagues to learn about daily Accounts Payable operations, best practices, and process flows.
* Meeting Participation: Attend meetings and workshops, take notes, identify key actions, and contribute to discussions.
* Operational Support: Assist with tasks that ensure smooth Accounts Payable activities for multiple markets.
* Continuous Improvement: Propose ideas that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and workflow optimization.

Who You Are

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university bachelor's or master's programme.
* No prior professional experience required; willingness to learn and grow is essential.
* Comfortable working with MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to support reporting and documentation.
* A proactive, collaborative, and curious team player with strong communication, writing and time-management skills who enjoys learning and contributing in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian, French, or Spanish is appreciated but not required.
