Job Description

Your contribution to something big:
* Support global PMO activities by coordinating meetings, events, and collaboration across international project teams;
* Maintain and continuously improve documentation and knowledge-management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams);
* Create communication and enablement materials such as presentations, meeting minutes, quick guides, FAQs, and community posts;
* Produce training and marketing videos using tools like Synthesia and HeyGen and coordinate related communication actions;
* Engage with stakeholders to support change management, communications, and overall project enablement activities;
* Contribute to ad-hoc tasks within the PMO and communication environment

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

* Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
* Experience: Experience working in project management environments, communication functions, or digital content creation roles is an advantage.
* Know-how:
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.);
* Confidence working with digital collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Teams;
* Strong communication, content creation, and marketing skills - both written and visual.
* Languages: Very good verbal and written English skills (German is a plus).

* Proactive and structured with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
* Able to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment;
* Customer-oriented mindset and comfortable working in a global, diverse team setup.
* Personality:

* Flexible and resilient, with a willingness to adapt to evolving project needs
