Your day to day

As an IQOS Portfolio Intern, you will support our South East Europe Portfolio Team and gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, product launches, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across the region.
In this role, you will:
* Support portfolio performance tracking and business analysis
* Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
* Assist with innovation pipeline planning and project coordination
* Support product launch preparation and launch readiness activities
* Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal
* Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
* Contribute to post-launch reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives
* Support reporting, administrative activities, and portfolio-related projects

What we are looking for

We're looking for students and early-career talents who are:
* In the final year of Bachelor's or Master's studies, or recent graduates
* Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English
* Curious, eager to learn, and proactive
* Comfortable working with data and presentations
* Agile thinkers with a problem-solving mindset
* Strong team players with excellent collaboration skills
Previous internship, project, or student organization experience is a plus, but not required.
