💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members within the Automotive Aftermarket Division.
🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
* Mine, model, and analyze datasets to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
* Support bringing data together and creating insights in the marketing function; collaborate with teams across different countries and functions.
* Support in digital projects such as eCommerce initiatives.
* Develop smart and efficient solutions to reporting and data extraction needs using SQL, Python, etc.
* Prepare analyses and actionable insights to support or devise new marketing strategies.
* Prepare reports and utilize PowerBI for data visualization.
* Assist in other ad-hoc analytics projects

Qualifications

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
* Student of Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
* Strong interest in analytics, motivated, and willing to learn.
* Structured and analytical thinking; ability to deep-dive into problems and present possible solutions.
* Basic knowledge of data analytics processes - data engineering, modeling, or visualization.
* Basic experience in analytics tech stacks - statistical programming languages like R or Python; visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
* Basic knowledge and experience in project management for digital projects (such as apps and websites) is a plus.
* Good communications skills to explain technical concepts in layman terms.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to work in a multinational environment.
* Fluent in spoken & written English is required to effectively communicate with the diverse teams and stakeholders involved in this regional role.
* Preferably able to commit fully for 6 months or on a working-student basis
