[What you will be working on]
* Conduct site inspections on State properties
* Perform data analysis
* Administrative process for tenancy and maintenance-related matters

[What we are looking for]
* Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred
* Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
* Meticulous and customer focused
* Able to work independently and in a team
* Has great attention to details and can multi-task
* Preferably able to commit from May 2026 to August 2026 or May 2026 to December 2026 or July 2026 to January 2027 for this internship.
