Essential Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Co-lead one of the roadmap transformation project for SQDC operational excellence.
* Facilitate cross functional discussion, problem solving and idea generation to enable successful project implementation.
* Opportunity to learn and execute Lean manufacturing tools and make positive impact to the business.
* Support in data collection and learn to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving.
* Exposure to power generation repair workshop, as well as advanced repair technologies and automations.
* Part of organizing committee and participating in 5-days Shingijutsu or Lean Kaizen Action Work Out.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering
* Competent with MS Office applications
* Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
* Possess good communication skills
