About The Team

The Operations Excellence team plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the Operations department. We focus on streamlining processes, enhancing performance through data-driven monitoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Focus Of The Internship

As part of Operations Excellence team, you will:

* Work with data and technology to drive actionable insights that drive informed decision making.
* Apply automation tool to streamline workflows and support initiatives aimed at improving quality and boosting productivity

Key Responsibilities

* Performance Monitoring: Utilize data visualization tools such as Qlik Saas and business knowledge to supports performance monitoring, helping the team uncover insights and track operational metrics effectively
* Process Improvement o Assist in streamlining operational workflows by leveraging automation tools such as Power Automate to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

* Gain hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik SaaS, learning to interpret and present operational data while applying business insights to monitor performance and uncover trends.

Education And Experience Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related field.
* Familiarity with SQL, Qlik, Power BI or Power Automate is advantageous.
