Job Description

GrabFood, a leading food delivery service in Southeast Asia, is seeking a talented and motivated Analytics & Projects Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This exciting opportunity will allow you to dive into the heart of our operations, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
* Assist in planning, researching, and analyzing strategic initiatives for GrabFood's growth and optimization
* Provide operational and project management support for demand-generation campaigns, including setup, documentation, and post-campaign analysis
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to facilitate decision-making, identify issues, and develop innovative solutions
* Perform market research on competitive landscape and growth opportunities within the food delivery industry
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of various projects
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
* Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data from diverse sources
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Basic understanding of statistical analysis and its application in business contexts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment
* Familiarity with the food delivery industry and current market trends is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Innovative mindset with a passion for using data to drive business decisions
* Adaptability and comfort working in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
