As an intern within our Supply Chain Function, you will gain exciting and invaluable hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain process, enabling you not only to develop essential business domain knowledge and skills but also to contribute to real-time projects.
YOUR ROLE
* Analyze historical data trends such as cycle time, production, and inventory data to improve efficiency in planning and production scheduling and visibility.
* Utilize big data analytics and visualization tools to analyze IE and supply chain data, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions and reporting for process improvement and cost optimization.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implementing best practices to enhance supply chain performance.
* Involve in system design and improvement liaising with systems and application team.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Added advantage if you are proficient in data analysis using tools using MS Excel, MySQL, Power BI and willing to learn new software applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
