Regional Retail Operations and Performance Intern

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:
The Retail Operations & Performance Intern will support the Senior Retail Operations & Performance Manager in overseeing and optimizing retail performance across all Direct Stores in the APAC and Travel Retail markets. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives to drive retail excellence and profitability.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU: University undergraduate in Business, Finance, Retail Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields. Highly independent, agile, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills. Strong analytical mindset with sensitivity to numbers and financial data. Strong desire to be successful. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint, and Canva. Detail-oriented, systematic, and project management experience is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with internal teams & external vendors. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
