Internal Audit Intern

Job Responsibilities:

* Learn and assist to plan, coordinate and perform internal audits of financial and operational processes within time budgets, timescales, and professional requirements
* Learn and assist to provide risk advisory audit support to audit engagements on regulatory and compliance matters
* Learn to prepare detailed working papers and supporting documents
* Be involved in the preparations of internal audit reports including audit observations and recommendations on business processes and enhancement of internal controls
* Be involved in audit planning process
* Participate in fieldworks and inform engagement managers on job status
* Learn and assist seniors in conducting presentations of audit findings and advise our clients on regulatory and compliance matters, including but not limited to reviewing and formulating recommendations for processes and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Assist with other adhoc duties and projects assigned by Senior

Job Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA.
* Positive attitude, meticulous and analytical team player.
* Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Well verse in a second language will be an added advantage
