Responsibilities:
* Learner management, including assist in registration, scheduling, communication and handling queries
* Vendor management, including sourcing, coordinating
* Learning logistics management, including:
* set-up training room/facilities
* monitor and report on absentees
* provide support to instructors on logistic matters
* arrange printing of training materials
* Virtual session production, including:
* set-up virtual training room
* monitor and report on absentees
* provide support to instructors on logistic matters
* Post course administration, including:
- compiling and analyzing evaluation results
- learning compliance check
- arrange for make-up session
* Conference / event support, including providing on-site support during external training events
* Any other duties assigned

Requirements:
* Background in Business or Human Resource
