Regional Strategy & Operations at Grab focuses on driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the company's diverse verticals and geographic regions. The team plays a critical role in ensuring alignment between business goals and execution, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to achieve impactful outcomes.
Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
We are looking for a trainee who can drive end-to-end projects for the Regional Strategy & Ops Team. You derive satisfaction from solving problems with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will work on interesting problems across Grab's different verticals

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
* You will understand the business requirements and define the project scope and approach
* You will support in project implementatins
* You will work and align with cross functional stakeholders to achieve the desired project goals
* You will conduct data-driven and qualitative analysis to provide recommendations
* You will project manage complex cross vertical and cross functional projects
* You will support the tracking of OKR

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need
* You are a fresh graduates from the fields of business or engineering; or related experience in Project Management
* Comfortable in dealing with ambiguous problem statements
* Fluent in MS office and Gen AI tools
* Enjoys working on multiple projects with varied scope
* Hunger to learn and cover new topics across Grab
