The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Support Product Managers in day-to-day product activities, including requirement documentation, feature tracking, and project coordination - Assist in user research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform product decisions - Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements - Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as needed - Track feature progress and help identify risks, dependencies, and follow-ups - Prepare product documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing undergraduate/master degree with a background in business management, finance or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and basic data analysis. - Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to cross-timezone collaboration in a challenging and flexible work setting. - Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets where Mandarin is a primary working language.
