Job Description
You will be assisting the Lease Management team with Additional Property Tax computations.

Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough reviews of additional property tax payable by tenants
* Examine relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements
* Check on the viability of claw backs from tenants
* Prepare and send letters to tenants on relevant claw backs of property tax payable when initiated
* Respond to and interact with tenants regarding their queries
* Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants
* Track and monitor payments by tenants
* Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks (i.e. AV review) as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Finance, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Prior knowledge of real estate or valuation will be advantageous
* Meticulous and pro-active
