Team Introduction The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - This role focuses on supporting risk assessment and compliance analysis in the international live streaming business. - We are looking for candidates with strong data capabilities who can analyze recurring compliance issues, improve efficiency, and contribute to scalable risk governance solutions. - Risk Assessment & Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments across products and business operations in the global LIVE ecosystem. Identify potential compliance risks and provide actionable recommendations. - Data-driven Risk Identification: Leverage data analysis, testing, and validation methods to proactively detect and verify business risks. Analyze recurring patterns in compliance issues and propose efficiency improvements. - Case Investigation & Judgement: Reconstruct facts for risk cases and conduct structured analysis. Provide well-reasoned judgement and recommendations for resolution and mitigation. - Risk Governance Enablement: Translate risk findings into preventive and scalable mechanisms, including monitoring, detection, and control frameworks. Support the development of data-driven risk management capabilities

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Communication & Business Understanding: Strong communication skills and ability to understand business context. -Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with internal stakeholders and engineers based in Mandarin-speaking markets. - Strong data analysis capability; proficient in SQL. Preferred Qualifications: - Detail-oriented and risk-aware mindset: Demonstrates rigor in analysis, strong ownership, and persistence in investigating ambiguous or suspicious issues. High standards of confidentiality and professional integrity. - Relevant experience (preferred): Exposure to internet platforms, live streaming, audit, internal control, or compliance-related work. -Background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.
