A internship role focused on enhancing retail distribution effectiveness through localized sales materials, product onboarding assistance, sales trend analysis, and coordination of client-facing events. The intern will maintain key distribution logs, track industry developments, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of fund launches and partner engagements
Position Responsibilities:
* Localize and update sales materials (pitch books, competitor analysis, corporate and fund decks)
* Support fund setup templates and data population for product onboarding
* Assist sales team with client events, trainings, and fund launches, including logistics coordination
* Prepare sales tracking files and analyze retail intermediary sales trends
* Maintain logs (distributor agreements, share classes, marketing materials)
* Track industry and competitor news
Required Qualifications:
* Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
* Able to commit from May - Aug 2026
* Prioritization, solution-seeking mindset
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of financial products, preferably with some knowledge of Unit Trusts
