Your Tasks

As an Intern, you will support the daily tasks of Key Account Managers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, eager to learn by working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agency partners.

Your tasks might include:

* Collaborating with the team of Key Account Managers;
* Supporting analysis of the Beauty market (Nielsen, Marketing info);
* Monitoring business performance (B-one, ClickView);
* Supporting the preparation and send documents and materials to customers;
* Supporting the execution promotional plans: promotional quotas, analysis, control, and updates;
* Assistance with the preparation of internal reports: account retro-timing, external networks, Nielsen, top client reviews, launch tracking, margin analysis and variances for each KAM;
* Managing logistics data;
* Preparing ad-hoc reports;
* Tracking customer and retail sell-out data;
* Forecasting;
* Coordinating with other departments (internal clients), in turn gaining knowledge of customer accounts.

Your Profile

* You are in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree, and you are available to sign an internship agreement with your university for a full-time (35-40 hrs/week), minimum 6-month contract;
* Preferred majors: Business Administration and related fields;
* Strong interest in dermocosmetics, beauty, healthcare, and the pharmacy retail environment;
* Analytical skills (knowledge of excel and business data programs will be highly valued;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset;
* Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues & suppliers;
* Fluent in Spanish and English;
* You are eager to learn in a multinational company like Beiersdorf.
