Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will:
* Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of activities that foster collaboration and well-being.
* Promote and strengthen the studio culture, ensuring culture is reflected in daily practices, events, and communications.
* Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, including internal meetings, workshops, social activities, and celebrations.
* Support internal communication by creating engaging content and ensuring employees are informed of key updates, news, and initiatives.
* Provide operational and logistical support for studio life, covering event coordination as well as day-to-day office needs.
Your skills:
* Studying a degree related to Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or similar fields.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks.
* Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work across different departments.
* Passion for people, culture, and creating positive experiences in the workplace
