About this position

What you´ll do

* Assist in converting mid-term plans into short-term planning activities (e.g., monitoring planned vs. firm orders).
* Support the creation and maintenance of short-term production schedules, ensuring data accuracy.
* Help track daily production performance against plans and report key deviations.
* Collaborate with senior planners to assess stock levels and identify potential risks or imbalances.
* Assist in analyzing inventory data, including slow-moving and obsolete items.
* Participate in alignment meetings with stakeholders across Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Production.
* Contribute to the documentation and standardization of planning processes.
* Engage in cross-functional projects focused on planning efficiency, digital tools, or process improvements

What makes you a good fit

* Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Economics or Engineering, with a strong interest in Supply Chain and Business Administration.
* Available for a 12-month full-time internship in Barcelona (BCN), with availability to work 8 hours per day.
* Fluent in English.
* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Well-organized and structured, with a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
* Team player with a solution-oriented approach, able to work independently.
* Enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative, with a strong motivation to succeed.
* Good presentation skills and the ability to learn quickly.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
