Descripción del puesto As an Insights Intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in research and analysis projects that directly impact our clients' strategic decisions. You will work closely with the Insights Manager, who will guide you through our #PowerOfOne way of thinking-combining powerful insights (from the best local and global sources) with strategic thinking. AI will also play a key role in your internship. You will gain hands-on experience with advanced prompting for research, agentic AI, and generative AI, applying these tools to real business challenges. Responsabilidades Support the development of strategic analyses on audiences and consumer behavior to inform brand and business decisions. Preparation of reports and analysis of audiences: consumer behavior and media consumption. Use of market sources and generation of insights. Support in CRM projects and database segmentation. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to activate learnings. Collaborate with strategy, media, and data teams to activate insights consistently across the ecosystem. Cualificaciones Student or recent graduate in Statistics, Marketing, Advertising, Sociology, or a related field. Interest in data analysis and the digital environment. Intermediate to advanced Excel and PPT skills. (Gen AI models and tools will be a plus) Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. B2 level of English or higher. (Catalan will be a plus) Información adicional Duration: 6 months, extendable for another 6 months. Montly allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00.
