Are you looking to launch your HR career in an international, fast-paced retail environment? Join our Mediterranean HR team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, CSR, HR Systems, and Internal Communication - supporting our employees across our region.

We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to join the HR team for 1 year, at Madrid Head Office. The successful candidate will join an international & dynamic environment to give support to the HR team and retail network of the Mediterranean Region, particularly Spain.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualities: Attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent organization and communication skills Customer oriented Flexible and innovative mindset Excel and PowerPoint skills (MS Office) Fluent in English and Spanish, another language would be a plus Requirements Educated to a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or related. Previous work experience (internship) in an HR role ideally Be passionate by People, the retail environment and fashion. It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a "contrato de practicas" based on Spanish labor law, being graduated since less than 3 years from a university degree. Not having worked with a contrato de prácticas before Start date: November 2026 Duration: 6 months (renewable up to 1 year)
