Position Description: Support one department within our SourceBlue team, gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment while contributing to meaningful projects that align with your interests and academic background. Departments may include Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Development, Marketing, or SourceBlue Global.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support department-specific initiatives.
* Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional projects.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
* Conduct research and benchmarking to support process improvement and innovation.
* Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, or file management.
* Collaborate with team members on special projects and strategic priorities.
* Help identify and recommend improvements to current practices and processes.
* Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Enrolled in 4-year college or university offering accredited and credentialed degree program with at least 1 year of education and basic knowledge of finance or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
* Must be willing to work assigned hours, required
* Efficient use of work hours with ability to ask questions, request prioritization of responsibilities, and complete tasks in timely manner
* Passionate and willing to learn about overall company, business operations, culture, and core values
* Demonstrate interpersonal skills including student leadership, volunteerism, or other community involvement
* Assume personal and professional responsibilities for own actions and activities
* Proactive and eager to tackle new projects and ideas, flexible and adaptable to work assignment
* Able to work independently, with management oversight, and in team environment
* Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to document and manage accurate and timely information
* Apply active listening skills with professional and clear verbal and written communication
* Limited travel as needed

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The salary range for New York City applicants for this position is estimated to be 22.00 - 29.00 USD per hour.
