Position Description

We are hiring a Graphic Design Intern to work alongside seasoned designers and marketing professionals to bring creative ideas to life. You will contribute to a variety of projects ranging from product branding to digital campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Creative Design Support

* Assist in designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, email campaigns, website visuals, and print assets.
* Create mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
* Support the development of visual assets for internal and external campaigns.
* Video production and video editing.

Branding Projects

* Collaborate on the development of branding assets that align with Motorola's visual identity and marketing strategies.
* Support the design team in maintaining consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Content Creation

* Develop engaging visual content for Motorola's digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Assist in creating assets for video production, animations, and infographics.

Team Collaboration and Learning

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and UX/UI designers, to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh, innovative ideas.
* Receive mentorship and participate in workshops to enhance design skills and industry knowledge.

Basic Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
* Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Experience with Figma.
* Strong design and layout abilities.
* Web design experience.
* Mobile design experience.
* Experience with video editing tools.
