Department Overview

The MB Academy Retail Training Department collaborates with MBUSA and dealers to provide targeted products, customer experience, and leadership training. Through in-person, virtual, and online programs, the department equips team members to deliver top-tier customer service and maintain the Mercedes-Benz brand standards.

Job Overview

The STAR Intern for MB Academy Retail Training will support the design, development, and delivery of training programs for dealership and Mercedes-Benz USA team members. This role offers exposure to instructional design, curriculum development, and training operations within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and updating training materials for retail staff and dealership partners.

* Support the coordination and execution of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning sessions.

* Participate in team meetings, shadow instructional designers, and contribute to curriculum projects.

* Help manage logistics for training events and track participant feedback.

* Collaborate with team members on special projects, including video editing and content creation.

* Complete a capstone 'Lessons Learned' presentation at the end of the internship.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Education:

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.

* Marketing
* Learning and Development
* Instructional Design
* Graphic Design
* Content Creation

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Interest in instructional design, adult learning, or training program development.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

* Curiosity, initiative, and a customer-service mindset

* Attention to detail and organizational skills

* Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus

Additional Information

During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
