Job Description

* Assist the business operations team with annual planning activities.
* Develop and maintain reports/dashboards.
* Find innovative resolutions that will provide insights into the health of the business.
* Work on strategic projects.
* Work cross functionally to structure problems, synthesize data and turn it into meaning insights and drive solutions. and actionable recommendations through a rigorous, data driven process.
* Provide support for day-to-day operational activities.
* Any relevant ad-hoc duties as they arise

Qualifications

* Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
* Graduating December 2026, or later.
* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
* Demonstrated relevant experiences from previous internship and/or academic or personal projects.
* High level of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Self-motivated and strong desire to learn, who thrives and can mutli-task in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
* Effective communicator, ability to convey complex ideas in clear and concise manner.
* Have a passion for numbers, analytical mindset and great attention to detail.
* Strong MS Excel skills and Tableau.
* Ability to script excel, Python and other programming skills will be a plus.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $40.87/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location
