As an Investment Analyst Intern within our SkillBridge Program, you will gain exposure to the multifaceted process of commercial real estate development while contributing to the team.

Your responsibilities will include supporting underwriting and due diligence efforts for new opportunities, conducting market research and data analysis, assisting with leasing activities, and developing investment packages

To qualify for this role you must be part of the SkillBridge Program under the Department of War and maintain approval from current unit commander.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
