The Finance Organization drives business value by being a strategic partner in every decision made in support of the Company's success. The internship will be a general Finance internship that will provide opportunities to work in one of the following functional areas of Finance: Corporate Planning & Analysis, Global Commercial Services Finance, US Consumer Services Finance, Global Merchant and Network Finance, Controllership, and Global Treasury.
This position will be based in New York, NY

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program
* Students must have a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029

Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data, spot trends, generate meaningful insights and develop recommendations to drive growth
* Strategic thought leadership and creativity in synthesizing data into an easy-to-understand story and articulate key messages across multiple audiences
* A strong work-ethic, positive attitude, and highly motivated self-starter with robust interpersonal skills, adapting to change and showcasing the ability to build trust-based relationships within the Finance team and with business partners across locations / geographies
* Acting and leading with courage, making decisions quickly, initiating and driving change management processes
* Programming skills a plus
