IT Business Analyst Intern (Spring 2027)

Description:

* Project Management Support for project planning, and coordination.
* Implementation of small business requests including request management, documentation, evaluating options, digitalization development, and operational support.
* Help identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean).
* Creating presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards
* Provide support for projects encompassing one or more areas.
* Implementation of small business requests mainly with digitalizaiton focus (AI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Visualization)
* Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.

Qualifications:

* Candidate should be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
* Demonstrating strong written, and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint). Open to learn Jira2, Confluence, PowerBi.
* Analytical mind that is open to innovative ideas.
* Ideally with an IT background.
* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
* Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
* Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
* Ability to complete 3 work terms for Co-op positions.
* Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
* Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
* MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
* Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
* Work dates from January 11, 2027 to May 14, 2027
