Team Introduction: Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day. Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibility: - Work closely with Lemon8 Ops - content partnership team to evaluate and create analysis for specific content verticals - Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to improve the vertical strategies to better serve our users - Identify potential and emerging creators to support the growth of creator programs, educate creators and provides help for them to succeed on Lemon8 - In-depth knowledge of the digital creator space with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with creators - Produce best practice and showcase work examples from content published on the platform, establish and improve the best practice content guidelines

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and above. - Ability to commit to an internship duration of 4 months or more. - Experience and understanding of social media and content space. - Strong problem solving skills with good logic. - Experience working with data to generate analysis or insights for actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications: - Good understanding of the content (static or video) industry. Large technology company experience is a plus. - Strong execution skills, comfortable working with large sets of data using Excel, SQL, etc. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes
