Job Description:

What will you work on?
As a Quality Intern at Melissa Doug, you will gain hands-on experience working with our innovative quality and compliance team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be paired with a dedicated manager and mentor who will support your development, introduce you to the organization, and help you build the skills needed to succeed in your role.

How will you create impact?
* Review internal documentation storage procedures and prepare a unified solution.
* Review legislation publications, prepare background reports, and brief the team on pending legislation.
* Assist in the general duties of compliance during product development.

How will you fit into the team?
* You bring a positive, proactive approach to working with teammates across the organization.
* You're a self-starter willing to bring energy and ideas.
* You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring product safety and quality.

What are your skills and experience?
* Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field of study.
* A can-do attitude and a love for toys!

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $25 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
