Summer Intern - Strategy Market Insights
Location: [Corporate Morrisville NC / Hybrid 3:2 or open to REMOTE]
Duration: Summer 2026 June 1st through July 24th 8 weeks (with possible option to extend based on busineess needs)
Eligibility: Undergraduate or Master's students
About The Role
We're looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated Summer Intern to support strategic analysis and market research initiatives. In this role, you'll work on real business challenges-analyzing data, researching market trends, and helping translate insights into clear, compelling recommendations for stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity for students interested in strategy, consulting, analytics, technology, or business research to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You'll Do
As a Summer Intern, you will:
Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver data-driven analyses and recommendations
Research market trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations using third-party sources
Assess competitive service landscapes to identify key differentiators, risks, and opportunity gaps
Synthesize findings into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to support strategic planning and insight development
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who bring:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master's degree program (business, economics, strategy, analytics, technology, or related fields preferred)
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems
Experience conducting research and working with qualitative and quantitative data
Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to tell a clear story through slides
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Previous internship, project, or coursework experience in strategy, consulting, or market research
Familiarity with competitive analysis or industry research tools
Compensation ranges from $30- $40hr and is based on years completed of undergrad or masters degree
