About the Team The Recommendation Architecture - Social Team is responsible for building and optimizing the architecture of our recommendation system to provide the best social experience for our TikTok users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Build globalized large-scale recommendation system; - Build extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines for candidates generation, profile generation, training examples generation, realtime online training, etc; - Coach AI to perform release process and production operations, including online anomaly detection and diagnose, release safeguards, etc

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline; - Experience in programming, included but not limited to the following programming languages: C, C++, Java or Golang; - Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive. Preferred Qualification - Experience in AI coding is a plus
