Role Introduction: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Operations Intern to join our Creative Operations Advertising team in San Jose. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners - including business, data, and engineering teams - to help design, analyze, and optimize innovative advertising solutions that empower global brands to tell their stories effectively. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Support marketing and analytics initiatives by organizing performance data, building dashboards, and translating insights into clear visual formats. - Assist in constructing datasets, monitoring campaign activity, and maintaining routine reporting workflows. - Contribute to campaign setup reviews, performance tracking, and measurement-related tasks across assigned advertiser categories. - Help prepare client-facing deliverables and internal documentation, including reports, learning materials, and training support. - Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and contribute to project tracking to ensure smooth operational execution
Requisiti del candidato:
Minimum Qualifications: - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, uncover trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations. - Familiarity with major social platforms-Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, and YouTube-and an understanding of their core advertising formats and best practices. - Foundational knowledge of digital advertising principles, including CPM, CTR, ROAS, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies. - Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for organizing data, building reports, and supporting performance analysis. - Interest in product operations, particularly in areas such as workflow optimization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively partner with product, marketing, and creative teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment. - High attention to detail when reviewing creative assets, ad copy, and campaign setups. - Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, with a willingness to experiment, test ideas, and adapt based on data-driven insights. - Able to intern for 6 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week onsite in our San Jose office are preferred.
