Job Description
The Client Success Intern for Experian Verification Solutions will build relationships, find and address risk, and expand client product adoption. You will be client-facing and have close collaboration with our teams. You will work under the Director of Client Implementation & Success.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor client volume trends and identify changes or anomalies affecting performance.
* Resolve client issues, including inquiries and escalations.
* Participate in scheduled client calls to support issue resolution, solution agreement, and relationship management.
* Distribute weekly/monthly volume reports, AUP and batch reports.
* Perform access portal demos for assigned clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Client Success) to develop projects.
* Support efforts aimed at driving volume growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing client performance
Requisiti del candidato:
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in Business or related field of study
* Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree
* Analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop awareness
