Retail Intern (Summer 2026)

Loro Piana is seeking a motivated and client-focused Retail Intern to support the Madison Flagship boutique in New York. This role will provide hands-on exposure to luxury retail store management, operations and client engagement within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The intern will collaborate with boutique leadership and cross-functional partners on real projects impacting store performance, client experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in luxury retail, exceptional service standards, and eagerness to contribute to the daily success of the boutique.

* Must be available full time
* Work Setting: M-F,
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Desires to work collaboratively and enjoys relationship management Ability to multi-task and perform duties in an efficient and timely manner Strong interest in luxury retail and client experience Basic understanding of CRM and POS tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
