Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for exceptional individuals to support project management, cost management and program management commissions based out of our Dallas office, but working at our Byhalia, MS site location.
Responsibilities:
* Project Management (Real Estate Sector): Support of managing, regulating, and supervising construction processes, from the pre-construction phase, track deliverables during the construction phase, evaluate project delivery, and close out at the end of the initiative.
* Program Advisory (Supports all Sectors): Our US Program Advisory business was set up in 2018, offers services to clients in the strategy, set-up and transition and transformation of their capability to deliver major programs and projects both in the US and globally, with a market leading client base across all sectors. Our key differentiator is that we offer practical, accessible advice informed and underpinned by broad technical delivery capability and industry experience of our core business. This role would require strong data analytics skills, experience with digital visualization tools, and strong research capabilities.
* Program Management (Real Estate Sector): We explore clients' unique business landscape to define what successful investments means to them. This includes formulating the right strategies, providing leadership, and implementing best practice program controls - across cost management, scheduling, risk management, quality, reporting and stakeholder management.
* SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable

Qualifications

* Currently working on a bachelor's degree in construction, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics, and/ or equivalent.
* The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
* Develops good working relationships with project teams/ external project stakeholders.
* Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.
* Excellent communication skills
