Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

* You will assist in performance of daily pharmacy tasks (procurement, preparation, delivery, return, and restocking of medications)
* You will participate in the formulary and inventory management process
* You will prepare intravenous admixtures
* You will facilitate customer service through communication with both internal staff and external customers
* You will be responsible for and understand the use of automated pharmacy equipment and software
* You will participate and assist with learning activities and other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

* High school diploma or GED required
* Knowledge of general pharmacy practices and procedures
* Interpersonal skills when interacting within and outside of the department
* Enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy with a plan to graduate with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree within the next 3-4 years
