Team Introduction: TikTok's Global Monetization Product team is responsible for developing cutting-edge advertising solutions that drive revenue and deliver value for our business partners. Within this organization, the Entertainment team specifically focuses on building tailored ad solutions for entertainment clients (e.g., Film Studios, Streaming Platforms, Ticketing services). We aim to seamlessly connect our massive user base with their favorite entertainment content and events, achieving exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our clients. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Summer Start Dates: May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities: 1. Support the improvement of advertising performance for international products, with a focus on the Entertainment vertical, and help enhance the ads delivery experience for advertisers. 2. Build understanding of Entertainment advertisers' business models, campaign goals, and key pain points, and support the team in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and advertiser ROI. 3. Conduct research on advertising strategies, market trends, and advertiser needs, and help explore tailored ad format and product solutions for Entertainment clients. 4. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to support product planning, experimentation, launch preparation, and post-launch analysis. 5. Assist with business analysis, competitive research, performance tracking, and preparation of strategy or product recommendation materials

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field. - Strong interest in product management, digital advertising, and the Entertainment industry. Prior internship experience in product, strategy, consulting, analytics, or related fields is a plus. - Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize information and solve problems in ambiguous situations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026. Preferred Qualifications - Major in statistics, computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred, with technical experience or project work preferred. - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred.
