About the team:
This position will provide a student with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment, and to support/promote the graduate's career goals through contact with professionals in their field of study. The intern will provide administrative support in the areas of employee Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Recruitment.
What you can look forward to as Human Resources Intern:
* Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including data collection, analysis, and maintenance of employee training records.
* Track training completion and assist with pay progression and compliance reporting through accurate LMS data management.
* Assist in coordinating New Hire Orientation, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
* Review, update, and maintain training materials, documentation, and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Support HR Employee Relations projects and special initiatives as assigned.
* Prepare professional Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents, reports, and presentations.
* Draft correspondence, memos, and internal communications as needed.
* Maintain confidential employee files, ensuring timely and accurate weekly filing in compliance with Company Corporate Principles.
Your Profile as Human Resources Intern:
* Must currently be enrolled in college as a freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or master's student.
* Must have a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Professional demeanor with ability to recognize priority projects and schedule time accordingly
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and e-mail
