Overview
The Marketing & Events Intern will support Product Managers and the Events team in coordinating marketing activities and events. This role offers hands-on experience in event execution, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate logistics and materials for events such as congresses, workshops, and internal meetings
* Support delegate management including registrations, communication, and on-site readiness
* Assist with travel, accommodation, and shipment of event materials
* Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and track invoices and supplier payments
* Support budget tracking and ensure timely and accurate financial documentation
* Ensure all event and marketing documentation meets compliance, legal, and company requirements
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness
* Assist in developing and managing marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency
* Support Product Managers with campaign execution and material coordination
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers including agencies and print vendors
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Events teams

Requirements:
* Graduate with a degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Preferably South Africa Citizen
