About the role:

The Sustainability team drives Electrolux Group's agenda to shape better living through sustainable solutions. We work across the organization to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities into business strategy, operations, and decision-making.

As a Sustainability Intern, your mission is to support key sustainability initiatives, helping translate strategy into action across the organization. You will contribute to projects related to climate, circularity, responsible business practices, and sustainability reporting.

What you'll learn:

* How sustainability strategies are designed and implemented in a global organization
* Hands-on experience supporting sustainability initiatives, projects, and reporting processes
* How companies work with climate targets, circular economy principles, and responsible sourcing
* Exposure to ESG frameworks, standards, and tools (e.g., sustainability reporting and data tracking)
* Working with cross-functional stakeholders across Sustainability, Operations, R&D, and other business functions
* Using data and insights to track sustainability performance and support decision-making
* Understanding how sustainability is embedded into business processes and innovation
* Developing professional communication, project coordination, and analytical skills

You will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to ask questions, learn fast, and contribute.

We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for the Electrolux Group.

Who you are:

* You are a student in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar programs
* Passionate about Sustainability or ESG
* Interested in how organizations drive environmental and social impact
* Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
* Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A team player with good communication skills
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, EU/EEA citizenship, Swedish permanent residence, or a valid Swedish residence and work permit that does not require employer sponsorship. Where you'll be:

You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global headquarters, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence.

The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
