We are BASF's global in-house management consulting team. Our focus is on strategic projects that drive change and deliver tangible impact. Our work covers a broad range of topics, including growth initiatives, organizational development and efficiency improvement projects, as well as acquisitions and divestitures. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Starting on January 1, 2027, you will have the opportunity to join our Management Consulting department for three months.

* As a fully integrated team member, you will be involved from day one in the preparation, coordination, and execution of management consulting projects for the BASF Group's management.
* These projects cover a wide range of areas, including strategy, marketing, organization (structures and processes), business optimization, post-merger integration, and corporate development.
* You will conduct sophisticated analyses, support the team in client interviews, and prepare results and recommendations for presentation to senior management.

WHAT YOU OFFER

* currently enrolled in a master's degree program with above-average academic performance, regardless of field of study
* initial professional experience gained through internships or working student positions in consulting or strategy
* proficient in the use of standard IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* fluent English and advanced German language skills required
