Your role
Interested in working in the finance industry, specifically to support our client advisors and front office, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for an ambitious student to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal Banking (PB) business in Switzerland.
You'll get to
* support the further development of Personal Banking sales governance, sales tools, and the client advisory journey
* work primarily on project related and analytical tasks, but also support the team with ad-hoc and administrative tasks
* assist our regional sales developer by designing and delivering sales support solutions
* analyze and track sales performance to derive and develop improvements
Your team
You will be joining the central Personal Banking Sales Development team in the heart of Zurich. You are part of a competent and highly motivated team with great team spirit and specific expertise that guarantees an exciting work environment. You will work on challenging projects and develop solutions for our front office that enhance the sales performance in PB. You have the opportunity to grow within our organization, expand your network, and acquire comprehensive knowledge in various areas.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who
* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* has initial experience in sales, including sales analysis
* has good data analysis skills, with an affinity for numbers and detail, capable of identifying root causes and developing improvement solutions
* has conceptual thinking skills and an affinity for people change and motivation
